Justine Santos is a Strategy Director with over a decade of experience helping brands find the story worth telling, partnering with creative, media, and client teams across cars (Honda, Acura, Lexus, Toyota, Nissan), government (the 2020 Census, US Army, USPS), telecom (Xfinity, Verizon, AT&T), CPG (Clorox, Foster Farms, Pampers), retail (Target, JCPenney) and beauty (Ulta, Margot Elena).

She's a Pinay Cal Yorker, born in the Philippines, raised in Southern California and in love with the pace, culture and realness of the people of New York. Her number one hobby is eating, closely followed by chronically watching RuPaul's Drag Race (including international versions), crafting things with more enthusiasm than skill, admiring art and design in all its forms (street art included, but also a sucker for mid-century, surrealism, art deco and the Impressionists), hopping stages at music festivals, singing off-key at karaoke, keeping a respectful distance from the front row at comedy shows, attempting to surf, and trying to convince literally anyone to join her for bike-aoke.
